Who we are

My name is Eli, and I’ve been working on jobsites for as long as I can remember alongside my father, who has run a successful design-build company in the Quad Cities for over 30 years. After serving in the Air Force, I started my own contracting business here in the Crystal Lake area. As a remodel contractor, I take pride in bringing my clients' visions to life by blending thoughtful design with seamless execution. With Kalus Development, you get a complete solution. After that, we put together your complete project plan. We can team up with your interior designer, or we'll introduce you to one of our trusted local design partners in Crystal Lake. We finish the design, create the schedule, and set the clear investment for your project.

Then, the work begins! With the design, money plan, and schedule ready, Kalus Development runs your project smoothly. We look after all parts – from keeping your home tidy while we work, to making sure materials show up on time, and always keeping in touch. We handle every single detail, so you don't have to stress.
