Back Yard Patio & Bar

For this back yard oasis, we installed a sunken patio to hold patio tables as well as a covered outdoor kitchen/wet bar. We placed privacy screens around the patio that framed views for the homeowner that would slowly disappear as vines grew up the privacy screens like trellises.

Kalus Development added this deck onto the back of a brick bungalow. We created a privacy screen on the north side facing the street as well as building a custom bench into the deck. Kalus installed aluminum rails all around to help with heat along with a sail that serves to intimate the sapce.
